Stephen Soucy made this 5-minute short animated film before embarking on the feature documentary film. Oscar-winner, Director, Screenwriter, James Ivory narrates a moving tribute to his long-time composer, Richard "Dick" Robbins. This interview had its challenging moments for me (as often those of us who interview Vanessa experience) but by the end and after the cameras were put away, and my small crew had left, Vanessa and I had a lovely, low key, conversation; trust or respect had been built, and she said how much she enjoyed talking about and revisiting the years she worked with Jim and Ismail. Additionally, this is a fun interview in People Magazine; of me and James Ivory talking about being (happily) scolded by Vanessa.
